TAPClean updated again

Added support for Alternative Software (DK) T2 as well (Popeye and Strike Force Cobra now clean 100%).

The Alternative Software scanners have brought to the surface a serious limitation in TAPClean when it comes to pulse length and thresholds definition. The read and clean operations step on each other’s toes: defining a threshold where more than 2 pulses are used leads to unexpected results.
