Further findings while working on Time Machine

The design of Time Machine’s locations shows several counter examples for what I planned to be my easy-to-implement panel loop prevention strategy, so I had to take a turn today.

As I was working at it, I decided to render the graphics just as in the game, with the score/status/energy panel on top, rather than at the bottom:
