Integrator 2012: Sprite editor

Somebody looking at my blog asked whether there is a sprite decoder/editor in Integrator 2012 or not, as they have seen a few sprite images.

The answer is: yes, there is a sprite decoder/editor but it was not integrated into the main Integrator 2012 application as it is not related to location design.
