TAPClean FE: added support for control codes in BASIC decoder tool

It’s been a while since I first thought to bring in a feature makes the BASIC listing more readable in TCFE’s BASIC decoder: the explicit use of control sequences.

What was decoded to:

200 PRINTMTAB(9)".00"TAB(15)"0."TAB(21)".END.":M=M+1:Q=V:GOTO140

Now decodes as:

200 PRINTMTAB(9)"{REVS ON}00"TAB(15)"0{REVS OFF}"TAB(21)"{REVS ON}END{CRSR DOWN}":M=M+1:Q=V:GOTO140
