Benchmark tests for ARM rewritten

It was already pretty decent on this 10 year or so PC back in 2009:

USB Bulk Transfer benchmark tool - (C)2009 Luigi Di Fraia
Device detected.
Bulk IN transfer benchmark test started.
Benchmark test complete.
65536000 bytes received in 71531 milliseconds.
Average speed: 894.72 kB/s.

And here’s the result using my new implementation:

USB Bulk Transfer benchmark tool - (C)2013 Luigi Di Fraia
Device detected.
Bulk IN transfer benchmark test started.
Peak speed: 1822.06 kB/s.
