TAP masterer for USBhost-64 ready

I just completed my first successful test of one of the new field applications I wrote for USBhost-64 (I am changing its name from USB-64 to USBhost-64 as there’s already a project called USB-64).
This new application streams a TAP file from an USB drive (connected to the C64 by means of USBhost-64 itself) and writes it to a real tape.

The application joins my disk imaging demo application for USBhost-64 and is intended to encourage people to add read/write support for USBhost-64 in their own C64 programs, especially for continuous streaming applications.
