IECHost update

Back on IECHost just briefly in order to add something that I thought would be useful: dumping the drive’s RAM/ROM contents.

Dumping RAM contents can help debugging drive code. Dumping ROM contents might not have much use, but it can help create an image of the DOS and e.g. compare it with ROMs available on the Web.

On something a bit more long term, I am still looking for a 2-bit protocol that I can leverage for quick disk dumping. I have the gut feeling that an asynchronous page transfer between IECHost and a 1541 without acknowledgements within the page itself could be possible and allow two-revolution track dumping.
