SPUTM-like interpreter (a.k.a. SCUMM mock-up) update: multiple action system completed

As part of the latest update to my SCUMM mock-up I enabled the use of all verbs on the sign, giving feedback based on whether the verb can be used or not on the sign.
Also a nice feature is that I implemented the same behaviour as in MI2 when users attempt to pick up the sign multiple times: it doesn’t just disappear after the shovel is picked up…
