More TAPClean updates

Thanks to Paul, the “Freeload Slowload T2” format used in “Smith’s Super Champs” has been identified and is now supported in TAPClean 0.34-pre6. The previously supported format has also been renamed to “Freeload Slowload T1”.

For the time being encoding parameters in TAPClean are as per below:

{"FREELOAD SLOWLOAD T1"	,MSbF, 0x77, 0x5A, NA, 0x85, 0x40, 0x5A, 45, 400, CSYES},
{"FREELOAD SLOWLOAD T2"	,MSbF, 0x9A, 0x66, NA, 0xCD, 0x40, 0x5A, 45, 400, CSYES},

In TAPClean 0.34-pre7 I added support for yet another version of “Micrus Copy”, thanks to Pawel’s submission.

Also, Pawel raised a bug with the filename extraction in “Turbotape 250” files: the 16th character of the filename was not decoded from the TAP data, possibly resulting in an incomplete filename being reported (when the 16th character is in use). This is now fixed in TAPClean 0.34-pre8.
It’s astonishing how this bug managed to lurk around for this long!
