I could hardly contain my joy today when I received an email from Zoë with design files, pictures, and misc info attached 🙂
Courtesy of the hyper-skilled Nina Richards, here is all you need to 3D print your own case for DC2N5-LC, PCB revision 1.0.
If you bought your DC2N5-LC DIY kit in 2017, please be advised that there has been a PCB change that requires a corresponding change of the case design (the lid for revision 1.0 will do just fine).
I am not going to provide an updated design for PCB revision 1.1, but here’s what needs changing: the S4 button is 5/10 of an inch away from S3 in PCB revision 1.0 and 6/10 of an inch away in PCB revision 1.1.
Last but not least: if you would like to thank Nina and Zoë for making this possible but don’t know how to get in touch with them, please feel free to drop me a message via email (or through the contact form on my main website) and I shall forward 🙂
Looks fantastic! 🙂
Awesome!
