IECHost update

To my surprise all the IECHost prototypes I planned to make available to beta testers are now gone. I am leaving a couple of revision 1.0 PCBs in my possession, along with a fully built prototype, for reference.

Based on the feedback I received, I placed an order for a second batch of PCBs, revision 1.1. This revision of the PCB is smaller than the previous one and uses the right package for the MCU breakout board, meaning it is really straightforward to assemble. I might even consider selling it in kit form.
