New DC2N5-LC firmware update

A while back John W. suggested it would be handy to have an option in DC2N5-LC’s firmware to re-init a micro SD card after it’s been pulled out to copy files to a PC and put back in afterwards. Although I had suggested that pulling out the card in between tape dumps is not critical, as the firmware is very robust when it comes to saving data, I decided to add an option to re-init the micro SD card in use.

Version 1.8 of the firmware will incorporate such an option.

Stay tuned!
